I think you'll find '90s have two flashers.

Most likely the Multi Function Switch.... turn signal switch. It handles all those functions.

What is that Multi Function switch?

Where is it located?

Is it on the Steering Wheel Area?

That is the real name for the "turn signal switch" in the column, it serves several other functions thus "multi"

Also check the grounds at the rear, especially the main one at the back of the bed on the D/S. That's where mine is bolted anyway

I disconnected the Older "turn signal switch" and install the new one. and i turn the Turn Signal and still not working. but the hazard Bottom work perfectly..

I Guest I will Check the Ground.

Any Suggestion of where EXACTLY the location of this GROUND?

Try to find the tail light wiring connector at the rear bumper left side. I read my schematic for grounds as to indicate the ground is part of the wiring harness from the front. If you have a test lamp connect it to a good ground (bumper) and with the lights on and flashers start checking power from the front wire harness. If it all works fine then the problem is on the rear part of the light harness. We get lots of these type of problems especially on trucks traveling the gravel roads here. Don't forget to check the bulbs too....

Turn Signal FIX .

It was the Fuse, Weird. i personally remove all fuse and check them One by one Carefully, and it all LOOKS good.

but this time i use a Fuse tool. it's a tool that check if the fuse is actually working, "i got it from Auto-zone?

I've only had that happen to me once! I do have the little tester/puller, same one in fact like everyone else. Good catch.
